March 2: Grandfather Mountain’s Slithery Friends
Cassie Petrilla from Grandfather Mountain Stewardship Foundation will be giving a talk at BRAHM to share information on these long, legless reptiles. Come learn about their critical role in the environment! Whether you prefer snakes from a distance, or value their scales close-up, you will walk away with a greater appreciation of these slithery animals. March 2-4: Beech Mountain Winter Music Series

March 12: Easter Egg Hunt
Dress up in your Easter costume and come join Sugar Bear and Sweetie Bear on the slopes in search of prize-filled eggs. You may be the lucky winner of a season pass hidden in the grand prize egg! Or be one of three contestants awarded a prize for the most creative, imaginative, and colorful costumes. Valid lift/slope tickets or passes are required for participation.

March 17: St. Patrick’s Day Rail Jam

March 18-19: Meltdown Games
Appalachian Ski Mountain says farewell to winter with the annual Meltdown Games. On Saturday and Sunday, March 18-19, enjoy a weekend full of events at the ski resort. Register for events like the three-man sled contest, trash bag downhill race, costume contest and more.
