Wildflower Walk
Join Grandfather Ranger Amelia and Woodsong’s Becca for a leisurely plant walk at the base of Grandfather Mountain where we will see what wildflowers are blooming in the woods and along the creek.
Bring layers for warmth or rain, water, a journal for notes, and sturdy shoes for roots and rocks.
We will meet at the Boone Fork Parking Area, milepost 299.9 on the Parkway. Please keep an eye on road closures along the parkway for construction. We will send an email with any detour updates prior to meeting.
Admission is free, but please let us know if you plan to join by submitting the RSVP form on the linked website.
