DESCRIPTION:Nestled in the heart of the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, in Boone NC, High Country Beer Fest is a celebration of quality craft beer, ciders, and other brews with an emphasis on education. Sample craft beverages from over 40 unique breweries while contributing to educational programs that will help create better beer for years to come.\nTransportation: Shuttles are available from Appalachian State’s Peacock parking lot (416 Howard St, Boone, NC 28607) to the fairgrounds from 1:15 to 3:30 pm. Shuttles will return to the Peacock parking lot from the festival from 6:30 until the end of the festival. The La Quinta Inn will also have a shuttle to and from the festival for hotel guests. Parking is available on-site and vehicles may be left overnight.
